Robert A. Mellina is a Partner in the Firm.  He has over thirty-two years of public accounting experience, including twenty-eight years of servicing Cooperative Housing Corporations and Condominium Associations.  Mr. Mellina has vast experience helping cooperatives and condominiums develop their financial strategies, investment decisions and budgetary plans.  He also has extensive experience working with Mitchell-Lama Cooperatives and interacting with the DHCR, HPD, HDC and HUD on a regular basis.  

Mr. Mellina is a Certified Public Accountant who earned a BA degree from Hofstra University.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
